Shipping

You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed. This tells you we have your order in our system and your card has been pre-authorized for the purchase.

From there, we immediately contact our suppliers to verify stock and availability. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we'll void the pre-authorization and notify you by email right away. If it's ready to ship within 5 business days, we'll charge your card and submit the order for fulfillment.

Order Shipment

In-stock orders ship within 5 business days of your purchase date. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you'll receive tracking information within 24 hours to the email address used at checkout.

If you haven't received tracking within 6 business days, reach out to us at orders@plushpatio.com and we'll look into it.
