Find the same item for less at another authorized online retailer within six months of your purchase date and we'll refund you the difference. That goes for our own site too. If we drop the price on something you already bought, you're covered.
How to Claim Your Refund
Email us a link to the lower-priced item, whether it's on a competitor's site or our own, within six months of your order date. We'll review it and process your partial refund promptly.
What's Covered
The price match applies to the item price and shipping charges. Sales tax is excluded.
Eligibility Requirements
- The item must be purchased through PlushPatio.com before submitting a claim
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer of that specific product
- The item must be in stock on the competitor's site at the time of your request
- The competitor must be a legitimate online-only retailer, not a physical store
- Discount platforms, auction sites, and marketplaces like eBay and Overstock do not qualify
- Promotional pricing, rebates, and buy-one-get-one offers are not eligible
