Damages

Inspect your packaging the moment it arrives. If anything looks off, note the damage before signing for delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, email photos to returns@plushpatio.com and we'll file an insurance claim on your behalf and make it right.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee regardless of shipment status.

If your order has already shipped, you are also responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
